Navigate.Ed
Visit any Dubai Community Facebook or WhatsApp group and the question is always asked, "Can anyone recommend a good school for my kids?" Get invited to a Dubai baby shower and the mum will be asking if now is the time to get her unborn child onto a school wait list.

With more than 200 schools in Dubai there is an amazing amount of choice for families. There is also a wealth of information, reviews and events available for those that have the time and desire to do a lot of research. But with so much choice and information many parents can't be left feeling overwhelmed and not knowing where to start. Those new to Dubai are often surprised to learn just how different all the schools are, and that it's not simply a matter of enrolling at the closest school with availability.

Having seen how difficult the process can be for many parents, including close friends, the idea of Navigate.Ed was planted. With admissions experience across the whole education journey, from kindergarten to Post-Graduate studies, and experience as a classroom teacher Hannah brings a broad and unique perspective to guiding families through their education journey. She understands that choosing a school is a combination of practical and emotional factors, and that when it comes to education there should not be a one-size-fits-all approach.

Meet Hannah
Hannah has been in the international education industry for 18 years. She began her career in the admissions offices of several tertiary education providers in New Zealand. She enjoyed working with students as they furthered their education, supporting them through to graduation, and into employment.
On completing a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Education and Sociology, and a Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) Hannah moved to Seoul, South Korea to teach English. She taught at a private academy, and then at a Kindergarten. During this time she learnt Korean and developed a passion for bilingual education.
She returned to her original Auckland school, to help them through a merger which saw them onboarding 600, mostly international, students and a number of new staff to the admissions team. She was was especially proud of improvements made to orientation, graduation, and student services.
In 2017 Hannah moved to Dubai to work as the founding registrar of a premium Dubai school. She was excited to be part of the team starting a new chapter, creating a sense of community, developing processes, and contributing to it's growth.
Seeing the amazing schooling available in Dubai got her longing for a return to the classroom, so she completed her Post Graduate Certificate in Education and IB Primary Years Training and took up a teaching role at another Premium Dubai school. She continued her studies and completed her Masters in Education (Teaching Languages and Literacies) in 2024, passing with distinction.
2025 marks the beginning of a new phase that combines her background in admissions and teaching in a new way. Working for families to help them navigate their education choices.
