Navigate.Ed L.L.C. offers the following services:

2.1. School Shortlist

A curated list of 3–4 school recommendations, based on your responses to an online survey regarding your family's educational needs, preferences, and priorities.

2.2. Consultation and Shortlist

A one-hour consultation, via video, phone or in person* with a Navigate.Ed advisor (also referred to as a 'School Navigator) to explore your needs and discuss school options, followed by a personalized shortlist. Includes one hour follow-up consultation to assist in narrowing down choices and answering additional questions.

2.3. School Tour Organization

A bespoke service to arrange tours of recommended schools. This may include scheduling appointments, arranging transport, and providing a Navigate.Ed team member to accompany your family. Pricing is customized based on requirements and is communicated before booking confirmation.

3. Payment Terms

Payment Method: All payments are processed securely via credit card through our online booking system.

Payment Timing: Full payment is required upfront at the time of booking for all services.

Pricing: Fees are clearly listed during the booking process. Custom quotes (e.g., for tour packages) will be confirmed before payment.

Refunds and Cancellations: Due to the personalized nature of our services, refunds are generally not available after booking. However, rescheduling may be offered at our discretion. Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for more details.

 

4. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during surveys or consultations;

Not use our website or services for any unlawful purpose;

Communicate any changes in plans (e.g., cancellations) as early as possible.

5. Service Disclaimer

While Navigate-ed uses reasonable efforts to provide accurate and tailored recommendations:

We do not guarantee school admission or placement;

Our insights are advisory in nature and based on publicly available data, professional expertise, and user input;

Final decisions and responsibilities lie with the educational institutions and families.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, Navigate.Ed L.L.C. shall not be liable for:

Admission decisions made by schools;

Changes in school policies, fees, or availability;

Any direct or indirect losses, including travel or tuition-related costs, arising from the use of our services.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, branding, and tools, are the property of Navigate-ed L.L.C. and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

9. Changes to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services or update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms and any disputes related to our services shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.
