Refund Policy

Effective Date: 25 May 2025

At Navigate.Ed L.L.C., we take pride in delivering personalized and timely educational services. Because of the customized nature of our offerings, we have the following cancellation and refund policy:

1. School Shortlist Service
  • Non-refundable after submission of the online survey and initiation of the recommendation process.

  • If you wish to cancel, contact us immediately.
     

2. Consultation and Shortlist Package
  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time may be rescheduled free of charge.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled once at our discretion.

  • If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, the session is considered forfeited.
     

3. School Tour Organization
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure bookings.

  • If cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the first scheduled tour, the balance (if any) may be refunded.

  • Refunds issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled tour date are at our discretion.

  • Any costs incurred by third-party vendors (e.g., transportation) are non-refundable.
     

4. Exceptional Cases

Navigate-ed reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy in cases of:

  • Documented medical emergencies, documented travel disruptions

  • Service delays or cancellations caused by Navigate-ed

All exceptions are handled case-by-case and are not guaranteed.
